The study then considers the punishment God may have inflicted on that nation due to its disobedience. It examines God's instructions to His people through the Bible, trying to understand His laws and commands that He asks us to obey. Then the study compares Israel's disobedience with that of the United States of America, in an effort to determine whether God will be punishing the US for its rampant disregard for God's Holy Word. Finally, the text looks at God's blessings upon these two nations and what God's Holy Word says about the future of both nations.
