The fast pace world we live in leaves little time for intentional prayer, time with the Lord, breathing and movement. Our minds and bodies are suffering and that impacts our relationships with God, family, and friends.
God wants us to be well and prosper. But how is this possible if our minds and hearts (and our children's minds and hearts) are continuously bombarded with electronics, social media and negative news stories? Our bodies are more sedentary than ever and our over scheduled lives leave little time to unplug.
Moving prayer can be accomplished in as little or as much time as you have.
